Avoiding Startup Failure

Knowing that close to 90% startups fail is a daunting figure. It is evident that building a business from ground zero is no easy proposition but there are ways to avoid obstacles and be prepared for possible adversities.

Ashok Mehta, member of Chandigarh Angels Network talks about a few aspects to be careful of such as proper research, correct timing, being on the same page as co-founders, understanding customer needs, incorporating feedback, raising capital, controlling credit and swift decision-making. 

These points should be kept in mind so that any future problems can be avoided and the future of the company can remain secure.
