The University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET) at Panjab University organised Udyami, a national level entrepreneurship summit in the University campus. A variety of activities were planned for the participants to give them a platform to learn and hone their entrepreneurial skills.

Members of Chandigarh Angels Network- Mr Ashish Grover and Mr Vineet Khurana were involved in the panel discussion that took place at Udyami along with our portfolio founders – Mr. Rishabh Suresh, founder of Gourmet Jar and Mr. Ritesh Singh, CEO at Eckovation. The organisers also gave an opportunity to 9 startups to pitch their ideas in front of potential investors so that they could secure funding. 

It is heartening to see that students at Panjab University are taking the initiative of organising entrepreneurship summits, which is in line with our motive of promoting startups in the region. We hope the students can continue doing their bit for the startup ecosystem.
